By using the Site, creating an account, completing a purchase, or confirming that you are 21+ through our age-verification prompt, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy at https://treehouse.lifestyle/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses you provide.

• All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
• The price charged is the price in effect when your order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation.
• Taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
• We strive to display accurate pricing and availability. We may correct pricing or availability errors and cancel affected orders.
• Payment must be received before we accept an order. You represent that payment information is true and complete and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• Promotional codes, discounts, and offers are subject to their stated terms, may not be combined unless we expressly allow it, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
• We may cancel or refuse orders that abuse promotions, appear fraudulent, or violate these Terms.

If you have a concern about a charge, contact us through our Contact page first so we can investigate. Many issues are resolved faster through support than through a payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute while a return or support investigation is in progress may delay resolution. We reserve the right to decline future orders from accounts that submit fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.

We will provide transaction and shipment documentation to payment processors as permitted by law when disputes arise.

• Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect packages promptly upon delivery.
• We may refuse or cancel orders shipped to jurisdictions where products are restricted or where fulfillment would violate applicable law.
• You are solely responsible for compliance with import, customs, and local laws for international deliveries.

Except for items marked final sale or non-returnable, eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery when unused and in original condition. Return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective or damaged product covered by our policy.

Used products, opened consumables, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return. Glass damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

• We do not manufacture most products offered on the Site. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided by manufacturers and suppliers.
• Product colors, materials, and appearance may vary slightly from photos due to manufacturing and display differences.
• Unless otherwise stated, products are offered for tobacco or legal herbal use only—not for use with illegal substances.
• You represent that you will use products only for lawful personal or household purposes and in compliance with applicable law.
• You agree not to resell products purchased from the Site except where expressly permitted.
• We are not responsible for misuse of products purchased through the Site.
• Some products may carry manufacturer warranties. Where applicable, we will help facilitate manufacturer support but do not extend warranties beyond what the manufacturer provides and our written return policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Nothing in this section limits either party’s right to seek injunctive relief for intellectual property misuse or unauthorized access to the Site.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
